Brown Rice Vermicelli Noodles

So its carb loading day today, and it has to be healthy carbs. Its brown rice vermicelli noodles. To prepare, soak noodles in water for about half an hour. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and black pepper and stir fry in low heat with olive oil, cleaned squid and prawns. Add rinsed noodles in with beans sprouts and garnish with spring onions and celery.
